By registering and/or providing personal data to The Finest, you give us your express consent to use these data in accordance with this Privacy Statement. Your personal data will not be used for any other purpose unless we obtain your consent, or unless otherwise required or permitted by law or professional standards. Our website and/or service does not intend to collect information about website visitors who are under the age of 18, unless they have permission from their parents or a guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over the age of 18. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children's online activities in order to prevent the collection of data about children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a minor without such consent, please contact us at info@thefinest.one and we will delete this information.

1.3. Legal grounds we have for using your personal information

The Finest generally collects only the personal information necessary to fulfill your request. If additional data is requested, you will be notified at the time it is collected.

Applicable law allows us to process personal data as long as we have a processing ground under the law to do so. The law also requires us to tell you what those grounds are. Consequently, when we process your personal data, we will rely on one of the following legal grounds for processing:

- Execution of a contract: this is when the processing of your personal data is necessary to carry out our obligations under a contract or the intention to conclude a contract;

- Your consent: we may from time to time ask you for specific consent to process some of your personal data, and we will only process your personal data in this way if you consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting Renoconcept at info@thefinest.one

1.4. Purposes for which your personal data will be processed

We will only process your personal data for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and we will not further process your personal data in a way incompatible with these purposes.
This purpose may be the execution of a contract, the improvement of your visit to our website, the improvement of our products and services more generally, the provision of services or applications, marketing communications and promotions, web personalization, direct marketing, web analytics, etc.
The purpose of any processing of your personal data will be clearly defined in the privacy statement. This privacy statement will be accessible, e.g. on a website, in an electronic newsletter, etc.

1.5. Personal data that we collect automatically
